On August 13, 2005, Yip Man Martial Arts Athletic Association attended the exchange conference held by Guangdong Foshan Jing Wu Association. Wing Chun school institutes in Foshan, Qingyuan, Shunde, Jiangmen and Guangzhou were also presented at the event. Yip Man Wing Chun Athletic Association was the only Hong Kong Wing Chun organization there. Chum Kiu, Bil Gee and Chi Sau demonstrated by its team widened the audience and counterparts who then realized the mystery of authentic Yip Man Kung Fu. Nanhai Foshan TV station and other media vied with one another for interviewing the team. Yip Man grandmaster is really foresightful.

New Martial Hero Demonstration Night

On December 3, 2005, over twenty disciples of Yip Man Martial Arts Athletic Association attended the 35th anniversary of the publication of New Chivalry, learner Wong Sun Yip demonstrated Chum Kiu, Luen Yiu Fai and Chris Thompson displayed Chi Sau. Their outstanding performance won great appraisal from the audience and made Wushu practitioners aware of authentic Yewen Wing Chun. Chairman Lau Kung Shing of Yip Man Chinese Martial Arts Athletic Association was invited to be a chief honored guest.
